The color is intensely dark red with purplish tones indicating its freshness. There is an explosion of red fruit in the nose, raspberry and cherry, showing notes of licorice with a little spicy black pepper touch. The wine is silky yet full bodied on the palate, following with well structured fruity and spicy falvors and a very pleasant finish.
Tempranillo is an ideal red wine to serve with a wide variety of idshes. From roasted poultry, lamb chops, marinated beef or pork loin, to casseroles, pizza and lightly moderately aged cheeses.
